CloudCard is looking for a self-starting Business Development Executive to generate new business, working with some of the world’s biggest banks and fintechs. Candidates must have appropriate Payments Industry experience to represent and sell our payments processing platform.
As a Business Development Executive you will be a driving force behind new business in US in particular as well as Worldwide. You will be expected to forge strong relationships with potential customers to progress them through the sales cycle. You will also be expected to understand the industry and have existing contacts across the payments community
You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from the qualification of leads, through running meetings and putting together proposals – right up to negotiations and signing contracts, and ensuring customer retention. You will work closely with the Executive leadership team to ensure CloudCard platform is the obvious choice for Fintechs across the globe.
You have payments industry experience in an outbound B2B closing role, managing the full sales cycle.
You are excellent in building relationships with strong people skills, including your ability to build trust over the phone, over email, and face to face
You love learning new technology and innovate products and use cases of the payments industry and take proactive steps to educate yourself on what’s happening in the industry, and how you can perform better in your role.
With a hunter sales personality, you have consistently hit targets in your roles. You have boundless positive energy and motivation, and the desire to work hard and do what it takes to win and make sales.
You’re organized and able to prioritize in a busy environment. You actively seek feedback on what is and isn’t working, and proactively suggest initiatives to increase productivity, and promote team spirit.
