At CloudCard, we’re hiring a highly Tac Support Engineer to help accelerate our growing professional services business.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software components
- Repair or replace damaged hardware
- Upgrade systems to enable compatible software
- Skills over Windows Servers, Active Directory, DHCP and DNS
- Install and upgrade antivirus software
- Define software, hardware and network requirements
- troubleshoot network problems, diagnosing and solving LAN, WAN and WLAN faults
- Skill to manage On-prem datacenter rack servers’ knowledge
- MAC OS laptops and systems troubleshooting
Requirements
- A+ and Linux+ Training OR Certification preferred
- Experience troubleshooting systems
- Skilled in database and software installation
- Proficient with MAC and OS
- Familiar with a range of software and hardware
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in Night & Day shifts
