Job brief
Strategic planning and managing of the company’s product suite to include
actively evaluating performance throughout the complete lifecycle; Gathering
and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining prospective
product releases, and working closely with engineering, and sales to ensure
revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met; Developing, defining,
approving, and executing product roadmap for new features, modifications, and
optimizations of current product suite; Ensuring technical projects align with
agreed-to strategies to achieve business objectives; Developing and
implementing methodology of real-time payment commercialization; Collecting
product and user experience feedback from all internal stakeholders, including
Operations, Technology, Risk, and customer facing functions; Managing all
platform integrations with third party vendors; Identifying payment system
product changes in the market, reporting impacts, and recommending solutions
if required; Providing guidance on payment vendors API integrations, finalizing
solutions according to product requirements; Identifying potential strategic
customers and representing the company in the engagement and advocacy of
long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely
related field of concentration, plus three (3) years of experience which must
include:
- Gathering requirements and developing business artifacts
- Conducting gap analysis and effort estimation
- Delivering requirement specification documents (e.g. use
cases, business rules, etc.) - Conducting test case review sessions for scope and coverage
- Working with third-party payment gateways
- Security testing for financial applications
- Using Java, SQL, MySQL, DBMS, HTML and XML
