At CloudCard, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced individuals for the position of Business Development Executive. The candidate should have prior experience in dealing with US clients & markets, building sales pipelines including managing leads, building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients and negotiating contracts. The main responsibilities are mentioned below:
- Contacting potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, business proposals, etc. for sales in the US Market.
- Lead Generation through inbound call management, outbound cold calling, and lead sourcing through social media and database search.
- Assuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.
- Researching organizations and individuals online through LinkedIn and other mediums to identify new leads/prospects.
- Should have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Must have Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- 3+ years of Proven experience as a business development executive or in a similar role.
- BS/MS degree in business administration or any relevant field.
- Should be able to work independently.
- Must be flexible to work in night shift.
