About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager & Project Coordinator to join our growing FinTech team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about financial technology, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with senior project managers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to support project planning, execution, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing FinTech projects from initiation to completion.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, product, compliance, and operations teams) to align on requirements and priorities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Identify and communicate project risks, dependencies, and issues to the relevant stakeholders.
• Preparing the project updates, status reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-ups.
• Contribute to process improvements and help build efficient project workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or internships within FinTech, banking, or technology.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., JIRA), and collaboration platforms (Slack, Smartsheet, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
